Sixth form business ventures are back up and running and our Cafe, Willow's Delish opened this week with an updated menu. We are so proud of the skills our young people are developing, from baking and food hygiene to communication with customers. We have already catered for a group of 10 visitors and received some amazing feedback from our customers. Our young people love to experiment with new cake flavours, our most recent being a Pink Lemonade Loaf Cake which nearly sold out in one day!
