Summer Playscheme
Willow Dene is commissioned by RBG to run a two-week holiday playscheme during the summer break for primary aged children from Reception to Year 5. During playscheme children are able to enjoy a range of off-site visits and exciting experiences, as well as activities such as swimming and Forest School on site.
Our purpose-built building allows us to offer a personalised timetable of activities designed to nurture and inspire our children’s interests. We are able to offer lots of exciting and fun activities on-site, including regular swimming sessions in our pool, and outdoor activities utilising our wide range of play spaces. The playscheme is staffed by Willow Dene employees meaning that the care our children receive is quality assured and that there is continuity of care between school and the playscheme.
Our location allows us to access a plethora of external activities, and we endeavour to maximise these opportunities. Every day we visit a local place of interest, including local parks and play spaces, and even attend specially held autism friendly screenings of the latest films hosted by Greenwich Picture House.
Our scheme runs for two weeks and is extremely popular due to the specialised provision we provide. Interest is always high, and places fill quickly. If you are interested in booking a place for your child at Summer Playscheme then please contact RBG Short Breaks team.
